- Contractor shall provide all equipment, supplies and sufficient personnel for seasonal turf mowing, line trimming and edging forRock Creek Potomac Parkway, Canal Road, P Street and Meridian Hill in accordance with industry standards and specifications stated herein. A tentative date has been set for a mandatory Preprosal Conference at the Rock Creek Park Maintenance Yard, 5000 Glover Road, N.W. on Friday, February 14, 2003 @10:00am. Those who do not attend the conference will not be considered. Please contact Mike Papa (202-895-6069) or Benny Goodman (202-895-6017) with your intent to attend this meeting. Drawings will be made available at the meeting. Quotes will be evaluated on the following criteria: 1) past performance on previous projects; 2) professional references and experience; 3)price. The solicitation will be issued electronically on the dept. of the Interior's National Business Center (NBC) website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be made available. Prospective offerors desiring to conduct business with DOI are requested to register at the NBC site. Please provide three references to include; contact name, phone number and address and a brief narrative of experience/training etc. can be emailed to Diane_Austin@nps.gov or faxed to 202-895-6015. Estimated magnitude of contract is below $59,000. NAICS CODE; 561730. Quotes are due by close of business at 4pm on February 25,2003.
