- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 20,646 ANSI/BOMA Rentable Square Feet yielding at least 17,953 ANSI/BOMA Useable Square Feet and 33 SECURED Parking spaces in or around Honolulu, Hawaii. The Space must be located in a prime commercial district with attractive surroundings in a modern office building or new construction. LOCATION: The U.S. Government will be evaluating offers from the following delineated areas: NORTH: Vineyard Street, SOUTH: Nimitz Highway, EAST: Richards Street, WEST: River Street OFFERORS FROM OTHER ADJACENT AREAS MAY BE CONSIDERED IF ALL CRITERIA AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS CAN BE MET. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy by January 2004. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years with 5 years firm and 120 days notice to cancel after 5 year firm term.
