- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to LEASE 14,000 ANSI/BOMA Rentable Square Feet yielding at least 12,000 ANSI/BOMA Useable Square Feet of contiguous office and related space in Hawaii Kai, Hawaii. The space must be located in a prime commercial office area with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design or new construction. Space must be easily accessible to the public. 24 on-site parking spaces are required with additional spaces available for visitors. LOCATION: The U.S. Government will be evaluating offers from the following delineated areas within Hawaii Kai, Hawaii: NORTH: Kawaihae Street to Hawaii Kai Drive to Wailua Street SOUTH: Pacific Ocean EAST: Lunalilo Home Road WEST: Kawaihae Street REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as a part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy by August 2003. LEASE TERM: Term is for 10 years with 8 years firm with the Government having cancellation rights after 8 years.
