- 3TX0017 General Services Administration Seeks Expressions of Interest for Leased Office Space in Dallas, Texas MODIFIED TO CORRECT RENTABLE SQUARE FEET REQUIREMENT: Requirements: U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 122,000 rentable square feet yielding approximately 106,087 usable square feet of Class A office and related space in Dallas, Texas to be occupied by The Immigration and Naturalization Service. Texas Service Center. Location: Offered properties must be within the following boundaries- Within .25 mile of the existing Texas Service Center located at 7701 N. Stemmons Freeway. Lease Term: The lease term shall be for 5 years. Occupancy: Occupancy is required on or about April 30, 2003 and is not negotiable. Expressions of interest should include the following: 1. Building name and address; contact person with phone number. 2. Name, address and phone number of property owner if different from Item 1 above. 3. Rentable square feet offered and rsf rent rate. 4. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable. 6. RSF rate for as is space and any standard TIs offered. Written responses are required no later than January 29, 2003; verbal responses will not be considered.
