Description

UNICOR, FPI intends to enter into an ID/IQ type contract for Liners, Poly, White 1.8 CU/FT, 84"W x 1/2"T (UNICOR Part No. FAB1151), and 1.8 CU/FT, 84"W x 1/4"T (UNICOR Part No. FAB1154). Must meet or exceed minimum requirements of DOC- FF-472 Flammability Standards. The period of performance shall be three years and two option years. Delivery is FOB Destination USP Atlanta, GA. The Delivery Order Minimum is 100 yards (FAB1151) and 200 yards (FAB1154). The Delivery Order Maximum is 50,000 yards for both FAB1151 and FAB1154. Delivery Acceptance is 30 Days After Receipt of each Delivery Order. The evaluation factors are: Past Performance, Ability to Perform to the Specifications, and Price. Additional information will be provided in the solicitation. All interested and responsible sources are encouraged to submit an offer which shall be considered. No telephone requests will be honored. A full copy of the solicitation may be retrieved from the Federal Business Opportunity's web page (www.eps.gov) on or about February 4, 2003.
