Description

NA PRON: AX360904AX, NSN: 1560-01-236-3078, PN: 70308-03613-042, Solicitation Number: DAAH23-03-R-0160 Quantity: 36 each applicable to the UH-60 Helicopter. F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA and Texarkana, TX. Required delivery is 4 each, 420 Days After Contract Award (DACA)and 4 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage Code 78286, because this part requires engineering source approval by the desing control activ ity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Adequate technical data is not av ailable for this acquistion. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to se ek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for s olicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA, WHICH IS CONSIDERED CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY AND HAS BEEN RESTRICTED FOR RELEASE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.
