- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ) number 03SQ6A0025. All quotes to reference this RFQ number and shall be submitted by 4 pm, local time on 2-10-2003. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-11. This solicitation is set-aside for small business under NAICS code 335312. The small business size is 1,000 employees. The following will be awarded as line items: Line item (1) Hitachi submersible motor, 125 HP, 3 phrase, 60 cycle, 460 Vac, 1750 RPM, 10" diameter. Standard factory installed antifreeze solution (to -22 degrees F) for extended outdoor storage. 416 SS motor coupling (3.50" OD X 6.00" L). 50 ft of 3/C flat - JKTD THHN PVC submersible power cable. Factory warranty splices, including splice kit labor. QUANITY 2 EACH Line item (2) Core exchange for Hitachi electric motor, Serial # 68907603, 125 HP, 3 phrase, 480 Volt. QUANITY 1 EACH Line item (3) Core exchange for Hitachi electric motor, Serial # Non-readable, 125 HP, 3 phrase, 460 Volt. QUANITY 1 EACH No offer will be considered for only a part of the schedule numbers bid (all or none). NO SUBSTITUTIONS. This is a small business set-aside under simplified acquisition procedures. The deciding factor on this RFQ will be low price. Delivery date shall be 3-24-2003. Place of acceptance is Bureau of Reclamation, 205 Chamberlain Road, Mills WY 82644. FOB destination.
