- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to M.U. McCain Consulting, 121 Blair Place, Danville, VA, to provide on-going consultation services from February 24, 2003 - September 30, 2003 to the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) Project Leader in activities that will result in the ability to enforce tax laws, tackle commercial and financial fraud, minimize tax evasion and promote tax compliance. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirement shall submit written quotations demonstrating their capability within 15 days from the posted date of this announcement. No written solicitation will be issued, therefore such requests for solicitation will be considered non responsive. All questions must be submitted in writing and received by facsimile on (202) 283-1511, mail or email (Sharlene.A.Hagans@irs.gov). If no responses are received the award will be made to M.U. McCain Consulting. See numbered Note 1.
