Description
REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration Is Interested In Leasing Approximately 3,720 Net Rentable Square Feet Which Will Yield Approximately 3,235 BOMA Usable Square Feet With 10 Surface Parking Spaces For The U. S. Customs Service. DELINEATED AREA: The Intended Area Should Be Centrally Located In Close Proximity To The Existing SAIC/San Antonio Field Office (10127 Morocco, Suite 180, San Antonio, TX). The Delineated Areas Shall Be In An Area Bounded By The Following: From The Intersection of Loop 410 and Highway 281 North, Extending Southward Along Highway 281 North to Basse Road, West On Basse Road To Blanco Road, Northward on Blanco Road To Loop 1604, Eastward On Loop 1604 To Jones-Maltsberger Road, Southward On Jones-Maltsberger Road To The Western Perimeter Of The San Antonio International Airport, Following The Western Perimeter Of The Airport Until It Intersects to Highway 281 North At APProximately Jones-Maltsberger, Southward To Highway 281 To Loop 410. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Space Must Be Located In One Contiguous Block Without Being Split By A Public Corridor. Space Needs To Be Located On The Second Floor Or Higher. Custodial Service Will Be Required During Normal Hours Of Operation. U.S. Customs Service Reserves The Right To Require The Lessor To Submit Completed Fingerprint Charts And Personal History Statements For The Janitorial Staff. Overtime HVAC Shall Be Provided On A 24-Hour Basis For The LAN/Computer Room To Be Included In The Rental Rate. U.S. Customs Service Requires An Intrusion Detection System For The Exterior Perimeter And Specialized Areas . This Office Will Require 10 Secured/Reserved Outside Surface Parking Spaces. These Spaces Are To Be Reserved And Separate From Other Agencies And The General Public. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1) Building Name And Address 2)Square Footage Offered 3) Method of Measurement Used To Determine Rentable Square Feet. 4) Name, Address, And Telephone Number Of Individual To Be Contacted. 5) Evidence Of Authority To Represent The Owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In No Event Shall The Offeror Enter Into Negotiations Concerning The Space To Be Leased With Representatives Of Federal Agencies Other Than The Officers And Employees of General Services Administration.
