- Description
- The contract awarded as a result of this commercial acquisition will be a five year firm fixed price requirements-type contract IAW FAR Part 12. The contract ordering period will be 1 March 03 through 29 Feb 2008. Nitrogen Trifluoride (NF3), Type 1, IAW MIL-P-87896. NSN: 9135-01-004-0611. Estimated yearly quantity is 4,500 pounds the first year and 4,000 pounds per year in years two through five. FOB point is Origin into Government furnished trailers. Offerors must have the capability to support bulk shipments. A separate line item will be for a service for the sampling, testing, and filling services associated with analysis of the Government-furnished tube bank trailers.
