Description

The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service intends to award a purchase order on February 12, 2003 to Citibank/PBP Pitney Bowes, 1 Penn's Way, New Cstle, DE 19720 utilizing other that full and open competition to provide postage by phone at the Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service, 115 4th AVe SE., Rm 309 Federal Building, Aberdeen, South Dakota 57401. This purchase order will be in place from date of award to 9/30/03. Authority for this non-competitive acquisition is found under 41 U.S. C. 253 (c)(1). Interested sources should submit a letter outlining their concerns and questions by mail or via fcimile at (605) 226-7669. Responses should be received by Feb. 12, 2003 cob.
