- Description
- CONST-2003, Construction Inspection Services (MT, WA, & WY). The Federal Highway Administration, Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) intends to issue a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain construction inspection services for WFLHD highway/bridge projects located in the states of Montana, Washington and Wyoming. This is a Best Value procurement with price and past performance considered; FAR subpart 36.6 does not apply. The Government contemplates awarding one or more firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract(s) for a base period of six months with a one-year option. This solicitation is a full and open competition, with award issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. NAICS code for this solicitation is 541330 ($4 million size standard). Estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This solicitation will not be printed in paper format. DOT's Bonding Assistance Program (BAP) offers bid, performance, and payment bonds on contracts up to $1,000,000. DOT's Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers lines of credit to finance accounts receivable. Maximum line of credit is $500,000 with interest at prime rate.
