Description: This notice is a follow up to Sources Sought Notice posted on the 2nd of April 2002. At this time GSA is currently awaiting incremental funding to complete design drawings and specifications. GSA anticipates the issuance of Phase 1 of the Request for Proposal process to be issued within 30 days after receipt of design funding. The date for receipt of funding is unknown.
