- Requirement is for a Firm Fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with a 3 year ordering period for Motor-Pump Hydraulic, applicable to C-5 Aircraft. Initial order for contract minimum of 2 ea, will be placed at time of contract award. Contract maximum quantity is 8 ea for all ordering periods. CLIN 0001: NSN 1650-00-450-4819UC, P/N 4H90007-113A or 953004-5-1. SIZE/DIMENSIONS: 32 inches in height, 20 inches wide, 32 inches deep, approximately 45.4 pounds. PREDOMINANT MATERIAL: steel and aluminum alloy. FORM/FUNCTION: supplies auxiliary emergency hydraulic power to the flight control subsystem and to the hydraulic motor driven emergency generator. TECH ORDER 9P12-6-3. DELIVERY: 12 Months after receipt of individual order. The solicitation issue date will be 7 Feb 2003 with a response date of 7 Mar 2003. Solicitation will be available for viewing or downloading from www.FedBizOpps.gov website only. No telephone requests. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE ISSUED. Restricted to Honeywell International Inc, cage code 97896. Authority 10 U.S.C. 2304( c )(1). Supplies or (services) required are available from only one or a number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements applies. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. All potential sources should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns if any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not addressed satisfactorily by the Contracting Officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the Program Manager or Contracting Officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source selection process.
