- NA Solicitation #DACW41-03-Q-0046 is a request for Quotes (RFQ) for Facilities Cleanup Services at Perry Lake Project, near Perry, Kansas. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, supplies and equipment necessary to clean and service the facilities and grounds at Perry Lake Project, near Perry, Kansas, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Services are for a Base year (From date of award through 30 September 2003) plus four renewal options (FY04, FY05, FY06 and FY07), which may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. This is a total Small Business Set-aside. NAICS Code: 561720, SIC Code: 7349, FSC Code: S216 and Size Stan dard: $14.0 Million.
