Description

NA This Presolicitatoin Notice is being amended from a Sole Source to Brand Name or Equal. U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, AZ, Yuma Contracting Directorate has a requirement for an Adit 600 System that will have the capabilities of providing up to 48 FXS in one chassis with a footprint of 2-rack units 3.5? tall x 8.5? wide x 12? deep. This system must have hot swappable service cards and provide voice and data services as FXS, FXO, ISDN BRI and V.35. This requirement for the Adit 600 component s, which are capable of support for non-blocking 1/10 Digital Cross-Connect System (DCS) capabilities, backplane support for up to 18T-1?s per chassis. AC/DC Power Supply/Charger, CLI or GUI management interface, rack mountable and wall mountable. In ord er for this system to support the Range Digital Transmission System (RDTS) it is imperative that this system be procure as stated. The proposed contract will consist of four (4) Contract Line Item Number (CLINs) 0001 thru 0004. CLIN 0001 is for quantity of fourteen (14) each - Adit 600 48 FXS Ports with Chassis, Power Supply, TDM Controller, SNMP & RPM Management, 6-8 Port FXS Cards; CLIN 0002 is for a quantity of six (6) each - Adit 600 Base (Chassis, Power Supply, TDM Control SNMP & ZRPM Management); C LIN 0003 is for a quantity of fifty-seven (57) each ? FXO-8 Card (8-Channel Expansion Cards); and CLIN 0004 is for the quantity of seventeen (17) each ? 23-Inch NEBS CO Rack Installation kit for Mounting 2 Adit 600 Chassis side by side. Pursuant to FAR Pa rts 12 and 13 this acquisition will be issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for a commercial item. It is also being issued 100% Small Business Set-Aside under the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) 3669 and North American Industr ial Classification Code (NAIC) 334290 with a size standard of 750 employees. This solicitation will be available on or before 03 February 2003 on the following web site: http://www.yuma.army.mil/contracting/RFQ.
