Description

This project consists of Fabricating large Bowed Stainless Steel Building Identification signs, wayfinding signs and map structure for the visitor center at Mount Rushmore National Memorial. This process would involve etched letters, water jet cutting, etched graphics,stainless steel layers to include one brass layer completely assembled and delivered. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS Code is 235990, P& S:9905. This procurement is being conducted as a Negotiated Procurement with Evaluation Criteria. All bidders should complete the evaluation forms and return them with their bid. Bids will be evaluated according to History, Capability of the Offeror, Organizational, Past Performance, Personal Qualifications, Price, Price related factors and Compliance with the instructions. Solicitation package will be available O/A February 14, 2003, ONLY at the DOI Website at (http://ideasec.nbc.gov)-NO HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE.-and offerors desiring to conduct business with DOI are requested to register at the website. Ths procurement is open to Large and Small Businesses and is subject to Public Law 100-656 , Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Award will be made pending availability of funds.
