Description: The National Gallery of Art has the requirement for Maintanance and Repair Services in the Sculpture Garden Pavilion. It is anticipated that the negotiated contract will be a firm fixed price contract with service calls on a time and material basis. The contract will include a base period and four option years. The evaluation factors for award will include past performance of similar types of work. The Gallery reserves the right to issue multiple awards for this requirement. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about February 18, 2003.
