Description: Commodity: Roof Repair This solicitation is hereby amended as follows: 1. To re-open site visit to be schedule for February 5, 2003 at 1:00pm Mountain Time. All offerers interested must contact Tom Paszek or Deborah Riggle to obtain necessary papers for clearance of entry into the institution. Mr. Paszek or Mrs. Riggle must be contacted 48 hours in advance before scheduled visit to allow for all paper work and approvals to be completed. 2. Response Date has been changed to February 14, 2003 at 2:00pm, all response are to be sent to Annette Johnson-Merrion at the address listed above. 3. All offerers must submit a 10 years labor and material warranty.
