Description

NA The National Guard Bureau has begun the final phase of the source selection process for the proposed procurements set-aside for small business under Solicitation DAHA90-99-R-0001. As initially advertised two awards are contemplated, one for the full scope of environmental services and one limited to natural and cultural resources. Although the Government intends to award without discussions, it is not yet known whether discussions will be necessary. If discussions are necessary, a competitive range, comp rised of the most highly rated proposals, will be established. As stated in the solicitation, offerors excluded from the competitive range will be notified in writing immediately after the determination is made. This notice will be accompanied by a wri tten preaward debriefing of the offeror's proposal. Offerors remaining in the competitive range will receive written notice containing the date and time scheduled for conducting discussions. If discussions are not held, the Government will proceed with a ward to the offeror deemed to have presented the best value to the Government in each of the proposed procurements set-aside for small business. Notice the public: Do not respond. This update relates to RFP DAHA90-99-R-0001 which was issued prior to the change in the DOD Address Number from DAHA90 to DAHA92.
