Description

Provide all labor, equipment, permits, materials and supplies to conduct biological monitoring for nesting federally threatened Western snowy plovers consistent with approved monitoring protocols and Refuge plover management programs at the Guadalupe-Nipomo Dunes National Wildlife Refuge in Guadalupe, CA and neighboring properties in southern San Luis Obispo and northern Santa Barbara Counties. This is a small business set-aside Delivery date is September 30, 2003 for the final report. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued on or about February 10, 2003 with a closing date of on or about February 21, 2003. The RFQ will be available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) (http://www.fedbizopps.gov). Parties accessing the RFQ through the GPE are to submit their quote through the GPE. Parties that are unable to access the GPE, shall fax a request for the RFQ to 503-231-6259, Attention:Kristin Babers. Please include the RFQ number, your company name, address, telephone number, contact name, and fax number. Note 1.
