Description

Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) Point Mugu, CA intends to issue Task Order GM01 on a sole source basis to Northrop Grumman Field Support Services. Requirement is to install and test Airframes Change (AFC) 157 Dual ARC-210 VHF/UHF/SATCOM Communication System, install and test AFC-172 Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance Systems (TCAS) with Mode S/IFF Transponder, install and test AFC-173 Terrain Awareness Warning System, and install and test Avionics Change (AVC) 5117 Interphone Control System (ICS) Modification into the C-2. In order to complete the previously stated installations, the contractor may be required to perform "Over and Above" work necessitated by the material condition of the aircraft. See Note 22.
