Description: The How to Submit a Winning Management Organizational and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) Proposal seminar will be held on February 20, 2003 at 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Cost is only $125. This course is designed to assist the student in completing the MOBIS solicitation in preparation for submission of a proposal to the GSA. Examine the procedures for admission, evaluation requirements for contract award, and how to maintain the contract once it has been awarded. The seminar will be held at Mason Enterprise Center, 4031 University Drive, Suite 200, Fairfax, VA. To register call 703-277-7700. Class will be presented by Mary Rogers.
