Description
NA NSN:2840-01-089-4291, P/N: 1-190-050-07: AX3T7180AX, NOUN: Nozzle Turbine Turb, Quantity: 56 each applicable to T-53 Aircraft. This item requires First Article Testing (FAT). First Article test time is 3 day. Units to be tested 1 each. Begin testing 120 days after contract award. Testing end 123 days after contract award. First Article Test Report due 138 days after contract award. The Directorate identifies this part for Engineering as a Flight Safety Part (FSP) and Engineering Test Item. FOB Ori gin with deliveries to East Rockaway, NY 11518-1235, Glen Burnie, MD 21061-3219, Secaucus, NJ 07094-1617, Carteret, NJ 07008-1005, Ankara Turkey, and White Sands Msl Range NM 88002-5000. This is a Flight Safety Part (FSP). The approved source (s) is: Honeywell International Incorporate Cage Code (99193). It is determine that this requirement cannot be meet by commercial items. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for aw ard. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cm o and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of r elease for solicitation; however, the solicitation; will not close prior to the date stated above.
