Description

FISC Norfolk Det. Phila. intends to solicit for administrative and clerical support services at the Naval Education Training Center at 291 Kollmeyer, Newport, RI. 02841-1644. These services include but are not limited to Management of all Administrative Functions, Correspondence Functions, Message Processing Functions, Office Automation Functions, Mail Functions, Administrative Support Services, Personnel Security Clearance Support, Publications Management Functions, Reports Management Functions, Directives Management Functions, Forms Management Functions, and all other General Functions. It is anticipated that an award shall be made no later than 1 May 2003, with services commencing on 1 June 2003. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with the FAR Subpart 13.5 test program procedures for commercial items. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated, priced per month. It is anticipated that the resultant order shall consist of a base year consisting of 12 months, with four (4) one year options. The solicitation may require the submission of technical and cost information. This acquisition is set aside 100% for HubZones per FAR 52.219-3, under the NAICs code 561110 with a size standard of $6M. The Navy intends to issue this Request for Quotation on an electronic basis only; it shall be available upon its release at http://www.neco.navy.mil.
