Description

NA This posting constitutes the notice of intent by the United States Military Academy to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Mathusek Inc., 60 West Englewood Avenue, Bergenfield, New Jersey 07621, for repairing the track floor in the Gillis Fie ld House. Mathusek has been granted proprietary rights by Capital Flooring Systems (owner of Mondo Super X) for repairing Mondo Super X Flooring, which is currently installed in the field house. Award amount is estimated to be $59,100. The statutory aut hority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy this agency requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 238330 and the size standard is $12M. This notice o f intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative. Responses to this notice must be received within t wo (2) calendar days of the date of this notice via e-mail to Karen.Finley@usma.edu. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
