Description

This requirement is in support of the Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune NC. The work includes demolition of existing buildings, construction of new 9500 square foot pre-engineered metal buildings complete with offices plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems and lead paint removal, and incidental related work. Proposed contract is unrestricted, NAICS is 236210 (SIC 1541), and Size Standard is $28.5 Million. Estimated cost range is $250,000 to $500,000. Plans and specs will be available on or about 24 February 2003. Bid opening date will be on or about 26 March 2003.
