Description

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13, intends to award a sole source full service maintenance agreement to Dionex Corporation, 1228 Titan Way, Ste 1002, Sunnyvale CA 94085. The specific Dionex lab equipment items to be covered under this contract are: Three (3) P/N 29062 - DX500, Two (2) P/N 60093 - ASE200. No other description is available. Equipment will be covered for one (1) year under this service agreement (from 02/19/03 thru 02/18/04). The equipment is located at 536 S. Clark St., Chicago IL. No solicitation is available. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the EPA's requirement stated herein may submit a response, which if received within 10 calendar days of the date of this announcement, will be considered.
