- NSN: 2925-01-206-7723NZ prequalification of sources is essential to maintain high quality and maximum operational safety. Qualification requirements are set forth in OC-ALC Source Approval Information Booklet. Due to the complexity and criticality of this part, only actual manufacturers that have successfully completed all testing required by the original company responsible for the design, can be considered approved sources for this item. Additional qualification information may be obtained from OC-ALC/BC Attention: Source Development Office, 3001 Staff Drive, Suite 1AG85A, Tinker AFB, OK 73145-3009, phone 405-739-7243. Manufacturer is Unison Industries, P/N 4057416, dimensions: 6 1/4" X 4 1/4" X 2 1/4", predominate material: Steel, electrical coil/windings, form, fit and function: provides electrical power for engine components and air frame power requirements on the F100-220/229 engine equipped aircraft. There is a quantity range of 5 ea/10 ea/15 ea, the quantity will be chosen after the quote is received. Items are to be shipped to Tinker AFB, Central Receiving, FB2039, Delivery schedule: 30 JUN 2003 for all quantities. There will be a written quotation and price analysis will be used to determine a fair and reasonable price with an anticipated award date of 06 Dec 2002. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Requests for the RFQ can be requested via FAX at 405-734-8776. An Ombudsman has been appointed to address concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but communicates contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman dos not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. Interested parties are invited to call OC-ALC/PKC at 405 736-3273. Notes 22, 23 and 26 apply.
