- Description: See numbered notes 1, 9, and 26. NSN 1005-00-556-4102 ? Rod, Cleaning, Small Arms. Steel Material, Phosphate Coating Finish. Being bought in accordance with Army (19204) drawing 5564102 and all related data. Requested delivery is 120 days. Parts are to be shipped to various stock locations within CONUS. The FOB is destination. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp on its issue date 03/03/03. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. This is an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract. A written quotation is required.
