This is unrestricted. Any alternate offer must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and the alternate part for evaluation. Various increments solicited: 40-99; 100-149; 150-199; 200-249; 250-300; to be delivered within 75 days to various destinations. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. See note 26. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 3 years. Indefinite Quantity Contract anticipated (1 yr. Basic / 365 days), 2 one year options(730 days).
