Description: Engineering Services to provide F-15 Force Structural Maintenance Plan (FSMP) and Damage Tolerance Analysis (DTA) Updated for the Fatigue Test Teardown. This requirement is a sole source award to McDonnell Douglas Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Boeing Company, CAGE 76301 St Louis MO. This requirement will be awarded as an order under the F-15 Eagle TALON contract. Period of Performance is 16-24 months after receipt of order. Notes 22, 26 and F apply.
