Description

NA The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Sikorsky Support Services, Inc., 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06615, to provide a Logistics Service Representative for the UH-60 Helicopter. The contractor shall provide a Logistics Service Representative (LSR) to be located in Huntsville, AL, in support of the Army National Guard for a 1 year base period plus up to four option years. In the absence of qualified sources, a contract will be aw arded to Sikorsky Support Services, under the ?Other than Full and Open Competition? procedures, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 and FAR 6.302-1: Only one responsible source. All qualified sources must respond in writing not later than 2 PM EST, 20 February 20 03. Oral communication is not acceptable in response to this solicitation. Offers must be submitted to the USPFO for Connecticut, Purchasing and Contracting Division, ATTN: Diana Marini, 360 Broad Street Hartford, Connecticut 06105-3779 or via fax (860) 5 24-4874 or e-mail diana.marini@ct.ngb.army.mil, Not Later Than 2:00 PM EST, 20 February 2003.
