Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment Washington intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price contract to Sensir Technologies, 15 Great Pleasure Road, Danbury, CT 06810 for a Package D Advanced IlluminatIR infrared Microspectrometer System including a research-grade, infinity-corrected, light microscope for the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, Forensic Laboratory, San Diego, CA 92136-5018. The FSC Code is 5895 and the NAICS Code is 334516. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. All responsible sources may submit an offer, however, only equipment meeting the Navy's requirements will be considered for award. All offers must be received in this office no later than 2:00 pm (EST) on 14 Feb 2003.
