Description: The National Park Service, Rocky Mountain National Park, intends to acquire all labor, supplies and materials necessary to construct an exposed aggregate colored concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, and colored concrete accessible ramps and associated appurtenances at the Park and Ride facility along Bear Lake Road, approximately 9 miles southwest of Estes Park, Colorado. Performance is to commence March 31, 2003 and conclude no later than May 2, 2003. A single fixed-price contract is contemplated. The FPDS Service Code is Y291, Construct Non-Building Recreation Facilities The NAICS Code is 235710, Construction, Concrete Contractors The Small Business Size Standard is $7 million. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The magnitude of the resultant contract is expected to range between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will not be posted electronically.
