- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00164-03-Q-0114 applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12 and DCN 20021122. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 335999 and the business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is sole source to Honeywell Inc., 9201 San Mateo Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87113-2227 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). Honeywell is the OEM and owns the drawings/specifications for the blocks that interface with the power supply. This requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001 ? Qty 20 each, Honeywell drawing 8001741-901, high voltage block. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination beginning 8 months after award and 3 per month thereafter. Final inspection will be at NSWC Crane. Selection for award will be based on past performance and price. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the Agency. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. NOTE: Provisions with a ?Fill-in? MUST be filled out completely and submitted with the offer. To be eligible for award you must be properly registered in the Government?s Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
