- NA NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER. This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional informatio n included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation--a written solicitation will not be issued. There is no solicitation number, for reference use PR Number W26MT9-3023-1001. The National Ground Intelligence Center, Charlottes ville, VA. is soliciting a sole source, HUBZone, commercial-services purchase order (under FAR Parts 12 and 13.5) with Competitive Innovations, LLC, Culpeper, VA. The proposed acquisition is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and ne gotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1. This action is for the National Ground Intelligence Center?s digital production program and will provide enhancements to previously developed softw are. Delivery to 2055 Boulders Road, Charlottesville, VA 22911-8318. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-04. This NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotations. All quotations (with capability statements) received within 5 days of pu blication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information rece ived will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This is a 100% set-aside for HUBZone small business, NAICS Code 541511.
