Description

This requirement is being procured in accordance with Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The National Park Service intends to issue a Request for Proposal for Stabilization of Mint Spring Bluff. Location: Vicksburg National Military Park, Vicksburg, Mississippi. The National Park seeks a contractor to construct riprap toe dikes for bank stabilization and the construct a soil nail wall (approximately 10,785 SF) to stabilize a bluff. The work consists of mobilization, clearing, excavation, construction of nail soil wall (including drilling, grouting, reinforcing, placement of shotcrete, and installing horizontal drains), removal of existing drop drain inlet, construction of new drop inlet, placement of CM pipe, placement of fill, placement of riprap, turfing, demobilization and environmental protection. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is: 212319. The size standard is 500 employees. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. Price range is $500,000.00 - $1,000,000.00. There will be a pre-bid meeting schedule for all interested bidders. The date and time for the meeting will be in the solicitation.
