Description

Repair and Paint Exterior Multiple Facilities Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). Nonpersonal services: Furnish all plant, labor, equipment and material to perform all operations necessary for all work associated with painting exterior buildings on Langley AFB, Virginia to include housing area, Bethel Manor. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with contract documents and most recent Federal, State, and local regulations. Project number is MUHJ 01-6001. Magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. NAICS code is 238320. The size standard is $12 million. This solicitation will be for a base period plus three option years. This acquisition will be set-aside as an 8(a) competitive procurment. The solicitation will be issued on or about 25 Feb 03. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only through the electronic posting system (EPS). Web address for EPS is www.eps.gov. Award will be based on price performance trade-off (PPT). Paper copies will not be available. All potential offerors are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, offerors are required to be registered in the central contractor registration (CCR) database; lack of registration in the CCR will make an offeror ineligible for award. Note: No response to this notice is necessary.
