Description

DESCRIPTION: All work is to be done in accordance with drawings and specifications. Work is to repair dock roofs at building 91 at Robins Air Force Base, Warner Robins, Georgia. Work includes but is not limited to the following principal items. Provide all labor, material, plant, equipment, supplies and coordination required for installation of new roof fasteners, replacement of roof fasteners, surface primer for unprotected and rusted steel, and surface primer for chalky surfaces. The magnitude of this project is between $ 250,000 and $500,000. Performance period is 196 calendar days. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 235610, $12.0 M annual receipts. Project is not subject to a statutory cost limitation. Solicitation is unrestricted. All responses to this solicitation notice and all questions must be in writing or faxed to (478) 926-7549. Solicitation should be issued during February 2003 with a bid opening scheduled for approximately 30 days after issuance. The Official Copy of the solicitation will not be provided on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) or paper and can only be accessed on the WEB Site: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The web site will contain the drawings and specifications for review. The Government is not responsible for notifying potential offerors of changes to the solicitation. All changes, modifications, and other pertinent information will be posted on the web site above for viewing.
