NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation DAKF06-03-T-0028 is under simplified Acquisitio n Procedures FAR Part 13. IMPORTANT- Only offerors who are registered in the Central Contractor Database are eligible for award (reference DFAR Clause 52.204-7004) or see web site http://www.ccr.gov/. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses th at are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-08. 1. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. 2. The proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. For this acquisition, the NAICS code is 333923 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 Employees. 3. The synopsis is for: CLIN 0001, Qty 3, U/I each, 10 Ton Electric Hoist/Winch, 3 Phase Current, 15 Feet Lift Capacity, 14 Feet LPM, Motorized Trolley, 220 Voltage, Must fit a Wallace Tri-Adjustable Ganrty Crane with square tube. Required delivery date: 0 4 March 2003 4. Delivered to: DOL- Central Receiving Point, Supply Division Wickersham & Chiles, Bldg 330 Fort Carson, CO. 80913. 5.
