Description: NA Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to perform maintenance and repair services to various buildings, facilities and structures for the 77th Regional Support Commands facilities located in the S tates of New York and New Jersey. Locations include in the State of New York (counties of Albany, Suffolk, Genesee, Broome, Bronx, Kings, Erie, Orange, St. Lawrence, Steuben, Jefferson, Queens, Richmond, Chactaugua, Onondaga, Chemung, Tompkins, Ulster, Fr anklin, Orange, Niagara, Rockland, Oswego, Yates, Clinton, Monroe, Suffolk, Schenectady, Nassau, Oneida and Ontario); New Jersey (counties of Bergen, Camden, Hudson, Burlington, Middlesex, Monmouth, Salem, Morris, Atlantic and Mercer). The period of perf ormance is twelve months from date of award with two one-year option periods. This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. The Government guarantees a minimum of $25,000.00 per year. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this pr ocurement are 236220, 1542, $28,500,000.00. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. Pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, this is a competitive 8(a) procurement to 8(a) contractors from the New York and New Jersey SBA District Offices. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Only one award shall be made. Eligible 8(a) firms shall request a solicitation package in writing. No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests sent via mail must contain a verifiable ret urn address or they will not be opened. Pro-Net will be accessed to verify contractor 8(a) eligibility for purposes of solicitation mailing. If your company is not registered in Pro-Net a copy of your 8(a) certification letter shall be provided with your request. All requests should include the solicitation number, your company?s name and address, a point of contact, telephone number, facsimile number, email address if available, Taxpayer Identification Number, Cage Code and DUNS number. A bid opening d ate has not been established at this time but will be annotated in the final released Invitation for Bid.
