Description

NA Job Order Contract (JOC) Solicitation DABJ01-03-R-0004. This revised synopsis amends the original (29 Oct 2002) as stated below. The revised solicitation issue date is 27 February 2003. The performance period shall be for a base year and nine one-year o ption periods, with a revised maximum total estimated cost of $20,000,000 per year. JOC contract construction projects are for Forts Eustis, Monroe and Story, Virginia and other Installations under the authority of the Northern Region Contracting Center, not currently specified in the contract, but within the general scope of the contract. The evaluation factors are Management, Past Performance and Price. Subcontracting will be reviewed in accordance with regulation to determine contractors eligible for award.
