- NA The contractor shall provide Transportation Motor Pool Operations (TMP) service that includes, but is not limited to management of a fleet of vehicles provided by the General Services Administration. The contractor shall provide these vehicles for extende d dispatch and for one-time requirements on a user-driver basis; provide taxi service on post, VIP support, busing support for schools on post, shuttle bus service on post and on call wrecker service. The TMP shall be performed 24 hours a day, seven days a week including holidays. The service will be procured as a negotiated competitive Firm-Fixed Price Requirements with Award Term Incentives Contract. Award Term Incentive enables a contractor, under any resulting contract, to be compensated for excellent performance. The period of performance is a base year plus four-one year option with incentive provisions to earn up to ten one-year award term extensions for a possible contract term of 15 years. Annual award terms are based on a formal evaluation proc ess that does not require the regulatory procedures used when exercising provisions under normal contract option years. NAICS is 485113/$6 Million, SIC 4111 and FSC V002. The Government anticipates issuing RFP No. DABK15-03-R-0009 o/a 13 March 03 with a tentative closing date of 14 April 03. The RFP will be available for download at http://ccmd.hood.army.mil and on the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored. Contractors must be registered in the Central Cont ractor Registration (CCR), accessed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov Contractors must be registered with the IBOP in order to download copies of particular solicitations and be added to its mailing list.
