Description: NA The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, equipment and materials, and perform all work in strict accordance with the statement of work for the preventive maintenance and repair of seven (7)clean rooms at Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA. T he contract will include a base year with four option years. There will be only one site visit conducted at 9:00 on 19 February 2003. Attendance at the site visit is highly recommended. This action will be 100 percent set-aside for small business. Only wri tten requests for the solicitation package will be accepted and may be data faxed to 717-267-9834 or e-mailed to tlinn@emh1.lead.army.mil .
