PRON: AX 3Q0040AX, NSN: 3040-01-185-8928, PN: 406-012-118(-101), Quantity: 10 each, applicable to the OH-58 D. F.O.B. Orgin with deliveries of 10 each going to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required Delivery Schedule without First Article Testing is 10 each, 120 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., 600 E. Hurst Blvd., Hurst, TX 76053-8030.
