NA 16. PRON: AX3F5074AX, NSN: 1680-01-327-9404, PN: 1680AH64-9404, Quantity: 1,012, this is a five year IDIQ with a minimum quantity of 1,012 each and a maximum quantity of 7,712 each, applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Required Delivery with First Article Testi ng is 200 each, 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 200 each month following until contract completion. Required Delivery Schedule without First Article Testing is 200 each, 240 Days After Contract Award and 200 each month following until contract a ward. Required Delivery with Alternate II Clause is 200 each, 300 Days After Contract Award and 200 each month following until contract award. This requirement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This item is restricted to Simula Safety Systems, I nc., 7822 South 46th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85044-5313 and Fabritech, Inc., 1145 E. Airline Drive, East Alton, IL 62024 This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the curre nt version of DOD-STD-100. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website w ww.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated ab ove.
