Description

NA The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District requires a contract to include the installation of 230kv circuit breakers and upgrade of switchyard at Hartwell Powerplant. The scope includes miscellaneous site work and electrical/mechanical work assoc iated with modification to existing switchyard. Site location is Hartwell, Georgia. The estimated period of performance is 530 days after award of contract. The estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. This solicitation w ill be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about February 28, 2003. The bid opening date will be specified in the solicitation when it is issued. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, faxes, etc.) will be provided. All res ponsible businesses may submit a bid, which if timely received, shall be considered. This is an unrestricted procurement. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 1542 and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220, and size standard is $28.5 million.
