NA The purpose of this amendment is to correct the quantities as well as correct the part number for item 0002. NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A COMMERCIAL PURCHASE ORDER. This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with th e format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation--a written solicitation will not be issued. There is no solicitati on number, for reference use PR Number W81GNX-3008-2001. The National Ground Intelligence Center, Charlottesville, VA. is soliciting a commercial-item purchase order (under FAR Parts 12 and 13.5) . This action is for the purchase of 21? MONO DISPLAY SIE MENS MONITOR and HIGH PERFORMANCE DOME VIDEO CARD WITH DUAL HEAD. Item 0001: P/N SMM2192L, Quantity: 44 Each; Item 0002: M2/PCI-2-S Quantity: 44 each. Delivery to 9801 Dalrymple Rd. Ft. Belvoir, VA 22060. This solicitation document incorporates p rovisions and clauses that are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-04.
