Description: Removal of Mice Dropping and Replacement of Dry Wall. MODIFICATION TO PREVIOUS NOTICE WHICH FAILED TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION. The following FAR provisions apply to this solicitation and are incorporated by reference: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items. OFFERORS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A COMPLETED COPY OF 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is determined most advantageous to the Government, price and technical considered.
